Once you have made a collection request with Protech City, we aim to collect your equipment as soon as possible. An outstanding response time, quick collection and fast turnaround is what you’ll receive as part of our process.
On the collection of your equipment, you will be greeted by our friendly personnel who are fully vetted and hold clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. You’ll recognise them because they’ll be wearing a Protech City uniform and carrying photographic ID. Our minimum of a two-man team will ensure your valuable and data bearing assets are safe during collection and transportation.
On collection, your equipment will be checked against an inventory and assigned a unique job number, which will be recorded on a Secure Waste Transfer Form and later input into our in-house built Auditing and Asset Management System “Protrace”. This form will be signed by yourself and a member of our team so we can confirm collection and pass over responsibility.
We use unique job numbers so we can track the progress of equipment throughout the entire process to provide you with an asset report on completion, so you know exactly what has happened to your equipment.
